MIDDLEBURY – James Robert Delaney, age 52, passed away on May 21, 2022, at home.
James was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on February 5, 1970, the son of Donna Lee (Evans) Dufour. He attended local schools and graduated Waterbury Adult Education. James was an avid New England Patriots fan. He loved Star Wars Movies, had a model car collection, and enjoyed building legos with his nephew. His biggest joy was spending time with his nieces and nephews. James will be deeply loved by all those who loved him.
Left to honor his legacy and cherish his memories is his mother Donna Dufour. His brothers; Rob (Carolyn) Delaney, and John Paul (Tammy) Dufour. A stepsister Donna (Dufour) Evans and her husband John. Along with several nieces and nephews. James was predeceased by his father Robert A. Delaney, stepfather Paul E. Dufour, and his nephew Michael John Dufour.
