WATERBURY – Adrienne Lubak age 83, of Waterbury passed away peacefully on
Thursday, November 25 th 2022 at The Village Green of Waterbury assisted living center.
Adrienne was born July 15 th 1939 in Waterbury, CT the daughter of the late William and
Sophie (Adamski) Lubak. She was a long-time and active parishioner of St Leo the Great
Church where she was a member of the ladies guild the choir and the pray shall group.
Adrienne had a love for cats and enjoyed reading, music, art, and gardening and was a
diehard New England Patriots and Tom Brady fan.
Left to honor her memory and cherish her legacy are her niece Ashley Salisbury and her
husband, Connor; her nephew William Chan, her sister-in-law Lori Lubak, her great
nephew, Jasper as well as several cousins and other extended family members and
many friends. She was predeceased by her brother William "Bill" Lubak.
Adrienne’s family would like to thank and acknowledge the staff at the Village at East
Farms for their patience and kind care provided to Adrienne during her residency.
Funeral services for Ms. Lubak will be held on Saturday December 3 rd, 2022 at Mary
Mother of The Church Parish St Leo the Great campus 14 Bentwood Dr Waterbury
where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am. Burial will follow in
Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with Adrienne’s family on Saturday
morning from 9:am until leaving for the service at 10:00 at Casey’s Eastside Memorial
