AT THE CASEY - O'DONNELL FAMILY FUNERAL HOME - WATERBURY - Thomaston ?" Andrew G. LaChance, age 21, died unexpectedly on Monday, September 21, 2009. He was the son of Michele & Randy Smith and Michael McDonald.
Andrew was born February 3, 1988 in Waterbury. He was a graduate of Watertown High School and was recently employed with Frank Martone Masonry, New Haven. He was an avid football fan and a loyal Green Bay Packers fan. Most of all, Andrew loved spending time with his loving family, who treasured his warmth and presence. He was always there to help his uncles, aunts, cousins and very special Nana.
Besides his parents, Andrew leaves two adoring sisters, Julia and Gabriele Smith, both of Thomaston, his maternal grandmother, Laura LaChance of Waterbury, paternal grandmother, Eve Smith of Prospect, several uncles, aunts and cousins. Andrew had many special friends who will forever miss his special companionship.
Funeral services for Mr. LaChance will be held on Friday, September 25, 2009 with a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at SS Peter & Paul Church, 67 Southmayd Rd. Waterbury at 10:30am. Family and friends are asked to go directly to the church. Burial will follow in Mt Olivet Cemetery, Watertown. There are no calling hours. The Casey-O'Donnell Family Funeral Home, 1581 East Main St Waterbury has been entrusted to assist the family with arrangements.
