Waterbury - Anna Semanitzky, age 85 of Waterbury, died peacefully on June 15, 2015, at Vitas Innovative Hospice Care at Saint Mary's Hospital.
Anna was born October 19th 1929, the daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Kvartek) Hychko and spent many years working as a secretary for Timex Corporation until her retirement.
Among her survivors are her brother, John Hychko of Thomaston as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Damian Semanitzky and her sister, Mary Gianelli
Funeral Services for Mrs. Semanitzky will be held on Wednesday, June 17th 2015 at 10:00 am at Eastside Memorial "A Casey Family Funeral Home & Tribute Center" 1987 East Main St. Waterbury. Relatives and friends may visit with Anna's family at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 9:00am until the service at 10:00am.
