Mrs. Annie Cronin

WOODBURY – Annie (Bartlett) Cronin, age 84, of Woodbury, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 07, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at the Lutheran Home of Southbury. She was the widow of Charles E. Cronin Sr.

Annie was born on May 9, 1940, in Hartford, CT, the daughter of the late Joel and Cecelia (Gunner) Bartlett. She attended local schools and worked as the office manager of C&C Hydraulics, Inc. Annie could be found tending to her garden, lovingly nurturing her beautiful flowers that brightened the seasons. A lover of music, Annie, found solace and joy in singing and dancing, often bringing smiles to those around her. Annie took great pleasure in her time spent in Florida, where she embraced the warmth of the sunshine and the tranquility of her surroundings, but what she truly loved the most was spending time with her family. Annie will be missed by all those who were blessed to know and love her.

Left to honor her legacy and cherish her memory, her children; Charles (Lisa), Tammy (Bruce), Joseph, David, her devoted grandchildren; Amber, Tyler, Jacqueline, Josh, Chelsea (Ian), Timothy (Paula), Emily, Brooke, Nicole, Blake, great grandchildren; Madison, Landon, Logan, Carter, Jordyn. She also leaves her special nieces; Melissa, Joelyne, Amanda, Heather. The Cronin family would like to thank the Lutheran Home of Southbury, and Annies exceptional caregivers: Patty Padua, Amanda DeCarlo, and Noela Llenga for the care they provided.

Funeral services for Mrs. Cronin will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025, at the Casey-O’Neill Funeral Home, 742 Main Street Oakville, CT at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of her family. Relatives and friends may visit with the Cronin family on Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the service commences at 11:00 a.m. To honor her memory and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Association at https://act.alz.org/ would be greatly appreciated by her family.
