Waterbury - Antoinette Blondin, age 94, of Waterbury, died Wednesday, April 17th, 2013 peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness. She was the widow of Howard Blondin.

Antoinette was born September 17, 1918 in Willimantic CT, the daughter of the late George and Antonia (Berube) St George. She was a loving and dedicated homemaker who enjoyed gardening, sewing, and ballroom dancing. She was an avid cat lover and cherished her cat "Jack". Antoinette always looked forward to her annual vacations to Cape Cod but always seemed happiest while catching up on her soap operas or current political events on CNN. She was a parishioner of Saint Francis Xavier Church.

Among her survivors are her children, Robert Blondin and his wife Lauren of Southington, Lori Semeraro and her husband David of Waterbury with whom she shared her home, her grandchildren Steven Blondin, and his wife Jennifer, Michael Semeraro, Beth Burdette and her husband Ronald, as well as her great grandchildren Kara, and Peyton.

Funeral services for Mrs. Blondin will be held on Monday, April 22, 2013 at 9:00am from EASTSIDE MEMORIAL " A Casey Family Funeral Home & Tribute Center" 1987 East Main St @ Southmayd Rd, Waterbury to Saint Francis Xavier Church Waterbury to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am. Rites of Committal will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Waterbury. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 3:00pm - 5:00 pm.
