Mr. Russell was born on June 15, 1929 in Providence RI and was employed for many years in the banking industry. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having proudly served his country during Korean war.
Arthur will be greatly missed by many friends within his neighborhood.
Funeral Service for Mr. Russell will be held on Wednesday June 12, 2019 at 9:00 am at Mt Olivet Cemetery, Platt Rd Watertown at 9:00 a.m. followed by full military honors.
