THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE CARING FOR AND ASSISTING THE FAMILY OF BONNIE MILLARD

OAKVILLE - Bonnie "Bon-Dawg" Millard, age 68 of Oakville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 21st 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her husband of 36 years, Alan Millard.

Bonnie was born September 18, 1950 in Waterbury, CT, the daughter of the late Clark and Ruth (Crock) Kennerson. She was a lifelong resident of Oakville where she attended local schools and was also a lifelong parishioner of Union Congregational Church of Oakville. Bonnie was truly an amazing woman who loved her job as an elderly care giver with Quality Home Care Inc. where she worked for many years and always looked forward to seeing and helping care for her clients. She loved life and was always looking for an adventure to be part of whether it was traveling, spending time with her loved ones or just having fun. Bonnie was always on the move and was always willing to help anyone in need. She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.

Among her survivors are her children; Michael Millard and his wife, Jennifer of Fairborn, OH. Laura Millard of Oakville, Michelle Millard and her husband, Esau of Vance, SC. Jennifer Millard and her husband, Rick of Lexington, SC. and Abigail Millard of Oakville. She also leaves her long time companion David Quadrato of Oakville and his children; Chris, David, Jr. and Keith Quadrato as well as her brother, six sisters, and fifteen grandchildren.


Funeral services for Mrs. Millard will be held on Friday, October 26th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Union Congregational Church 67 Buckingham St, Oakville, CT 06779. Those planning to attend are kindly asked to meet directly at the church. Relatives and friends may visit with Bonnie's family on Thursday evening from 5:00 till 7:00 p.m. at O'Neill Funeral Home 742 Main St Oakville, CT 06779.
