REMEMBERING AND HONORING THE LIFE OF BRIAN H. LAWLOR
Devoted to his family and his faith
WATERBURY - Mr. Brian H. Lawlor, age 84 of Waterbury passed away peacefully on Friday, April 8, 2022 at the Vitas Innovative Care Unit of St Mary's Hospital surrounded by the love and comfort of his family. He was the husband of the late Marilyn (McNamara) Lawlor who passed in 1997.
Brian was born on September 13, 1937, in Waterbury the son of the late John "Marvin" and Helen (Healey) Lawlor. He was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School and the University of CT where he received his BA in Engineering. He was employed at Risdon, Lux Time, Century Brass, and retired from Kaman Aerospace. He was a parishioner of St Francis Xavier Church, enjoyed the time he spent in the golf leagues at East Mountain, and his occasional trips to the AOH where he was a loyal member. What was most important to Brian was his family. He lived a quiet, full life blessed by his faith, family and friends
Left to honor his legacy and cherish his memory are his children; son Brian J. Lawlor and his wife, Paris of Waterbury, his daughters; Katherine Burns and her husband Robert of Waterbury, and Phyllis Lawlor and her husband, Nick Ferrari of SC. Grandchildren: Jason, Bobby, Chris, Brian, and great-grandchildren; Audrey and Wesley. Brian was predeceased by his brother Joseph and sister Eileen Waters,
Funeral services for Mr. Lawlor will be held on, Tuesday April 19, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. from Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1987 East Main St. Waterbury, CT 06705 to St Francis Xavier Church 625 Baldwin St Waterbury to celebrate a Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterbury. Relatives and friends may visit with Brian's family on Tuesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until leaving for services at 10:30 a.m. Loving kindness is always welcome, and it only takes a moment to offer a message of condolence, share a memory or words of comfort with the family and friends of someone that was important to you.
