MIDDLEBURY - Brian C. Levesque, age 61 of Middlebury, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 23rd 2016 at Saint Mary's Hospital surrounded by the love and comfort of his family after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the husband of Sandra (Dalton) Levesque.
Brian was born August 13th 1955 in Waterbury, the son of the late Marcel and Jeanne (Doyon) Levesque. He was a graduate of Kennedy High School and was a licensed HVAC Technician. He held various positions throughout the area but most recently he was a stationary engineer at the Southbury Training School. Brian was a car enthusiast and had a passion for NASCAR and Drag Racing. His greatest joy and what brought him the most pleasure were his grandchildren. He will be remembered for his generous and selfless spirit. He was always willing to help someone in need. Brian will be sadly missed by his family and all that knew and loved him.
Brian is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sandra (Dalton) Levesque, his son, Eric A. Levesque and his wife Kellee, of Waterbury, his daughter, Nicole J. Grecco and her husband, Daniel of Thomaston, a brother, Marcel Levesque Jr, a sister, Claudia Tata, his eight beloved grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mr. Levesque will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home, 1987 East Main St @ Southmayd Road in Waterbury. Relatives and friends may visit with Brian's family at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5:00pm until the time of the service at 7:00pm. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
