WATERBURY- Mr. Brian J. McCarthy II age 35 of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, May 1, 2017.
Brian was born December 3, 1981 in Waterbury, CT the son of Brian J. McCarthy and the late Valtie (Richards) McCarthy. He attended Holy Cross High School where he was a standout basketball player and was a graduate of Crosby High School. He enjoyed playing cards especially high-stakes poker games. He will be sadly missed by his loving family and all those who knew and loved him.
Besides his father, Brian is survived by his sister, Monica McCarthy-Lemken and her husband, Charles of N.J. as well as his beloved god daughter, Lily and other extended family members and friends..
Funeral services for Mr. McCarthy will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 9:00 AM when a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church, 182 Robbins St Waterbury, CT. Those planning to attend are kindly asked to meet directly at the church. There are no calling hours and burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
