AT THE CASEY-O'DONNELL FAMILY FUNERAL HOME - WATERBURY. Mr. Brian Allan Owens, age 26, of Greystone Rd Waterbury, died unexpectedly on Sunday January 3, 2010 at Waterbury Hospital.
Brian was born in Waterbury on April 11, 1983, the son of Shaun Owens Sr. and Lynne Mahoney- Owens. He was a graduate of Bristol Technical High School and was employed as an auto technician at Valvoline Oil in Bristol. He also worked at Quality Builders of Norwalk and most recently at Drigz Restoration of Watertown. Brian loved the outdoors and enjoyed riding his Quads and spending time with family and friends. Brian was the type of individual who would always be willing to drop what he was doing to help a friend or family member.
Besides his parents, Brian leaves his step-mom, Theresa Owens of Thomaston, his fiancé, Marisa Sousa, step daughter, Adriana, his brother, Shaun Owens Jr. and his wife Elvira, his sister, Fallon Owens, paternal grandparents William and Elizabeth Burr of Peru NY and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Owens will be held on Friday, January 8, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the Casey-O'Donnell Family Funeral Home 1581 East Main St Waterbury with the Rev. Mark Pillitere of Mill Plain Union Church, officiating.. Family and friends may visit the funeral home on Friday evening from 6 till 8pm. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
