WATERBURY, CT - Caitlin Lillian Gallagher, age 21 of Waterbury, CT, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday August 9, 2017 at Vitas Innovative Care Unit of St Mary's Hospital.
Caitlin was born June 20, 1996 in Waterbury, the daughter of Doreen (Saucier) Gallagher and the late Edward Gallagher. She graduated from Crosby High School where she was a member of ConnCAP and was a very giving individual who loved to help others. She loved to sing and was a member of the Waterbury Chorale group. She also enjoyed painting, Greek mythology and reading. She will be sadly missed by all who loved and knew her.
Besides her mother, Doreen Gallagher, she is survived by her grandmother, Lillian Jensen with whom she made her home, her two sisters: Jessica Duszak (Shawn), and Melinda Bellmay (Brandon), two brothers: Joshua Bellmay (Cari), and Taylor (TJ) Gallagher. Caitlin's family would like to thank and acknowledge the staff at Vistas Hospice for their loving care and support.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony for Ms. Gallagher will be held at the convenience of the family.
