WOLCOTT â€" Mrs. Carlee Rose Medling-Stabile, age 20 of Wolcott, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 12th, after a valiant two year long battle with cancer surrounded by the love and comfort of her family at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the wife of Ethan Medling of Cheshire, CT.
Carlee was born March 22, 1994, the daughter of Raymond J. Stabile and Darlene (Carangelo) Stabile of Wolcott. She grew up in Wolcott where she attended local schools and was a graduate of Wolcott High School class of 2012. She enjoyed dancing, bowling, playing volleyball and loved to spend her time surrounded by her loving friends and family. Carlee had a contagious smile and laugh to match that will never be forgotten.
Besides her husband Ethan and her parents, she is survived by her two sisters Sarah and Laura Stabile both of Wolcott, her mother-in-law Sharon Medling of Cheshire, her aunts Cora Conly, and Nancy Lanosa-Cerasulo, her uncle Conrad Carangelo, as well as several cousins, and many close friends.
A Funeral Mass will be held at New Life Christian Church 289 Chestnut Hill Rd Waterbury, CT 06704 on Wednesday July 16th at 10:00am. Those planning to attend are asked to go directly to the church. Burial will follow in New Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury. Friends and relatives may visit with Carlee’s family on Tuesday evening at Eastside Memorial, “A Casey Family Funeral Home & Tribute Center†1987 East Main St,. Waterbury from 4:00 till 8:00 pm.
