WATERBURY - Catherine R. Parziale passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at home after a brief illness.
Cathy was born October 5, 1962 in Waterbury the daughter of the late Edward C. Creem and Jeanne (Fagan) Creem of Waterbury. Cathy was a lifelong resident of Waterbury, graduating from Saints Peter and Paul Grammar School and Holy Cross High School, Class of 1980. For many years Cathy was employed by Yankee Gas of Waterbury. She very much enjoyed her family vacations at Bayview Beach in Milford and later on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She loved to cook and to decorate her house. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by all of her family and friends.
Left to honor her memory, besides her Mom, is her daughter, Olivia Parziale, of Waterbury. She is also leaves her three brothers; David E. Creem and his wife Mary Beth of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, Edward C. Creem, Jr. and his wife, Maureen of Naugatuck, and Neil J. Creem and his wife, Kathleen of Waterbury, several nieces and nephews, and her companion and close friend, Stephen Cook of Waterbury.
Cathy's family will honor her life at a private graveside service and she will be laid to rest at New Pine Grove Cemetery in Waterbury. A celebration of life will surely follow when the opportunity to do so returns. To honor Cathy's memory, donations may be made to Mary Mother of the Church Parish, SS Peter and Paul Church, 67 Southmayd Rd Waterbury CT 06705.
