Catherine L. Walsh

Waterbury - Mrs. Catherine L. Walsh, age 92, of Lydia St. , passed away Saturday, April 12 2008, at Haven Health Center of Waterbury. She was the widow of Cyril T. Walsh. Catherine was born September 20th 1915 in Waterbury CT, the daughter of the late William & Loretta (Bergin) Kopp. Mrs. Walsh was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School and spent most of her career working as a secretary for the City of Waterbury. She was a member of Knight of Columbus Ladies Bowling League for many years as well as a parishioner of SS Peter and Paul Church in Waterbury. Among her survivors are two sons, William L Walsh and his wife Patricia of Waterbury, Lawrence A. Walsh and his wife Pauline of White, Ga. A daughter, Judith Casey and her husband David of Chatham NJ. And a sister, Mrs. Loretta Stocking, of Southbury, CT as well as seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren

Funeral services for Mrs. Walsh will be held on Wednesday April 16th, 2008 at 9:30 a. M. From the Casey ?" O'Donnell Family Funeral Home 1581 East Main St Waterbury CT to Saint Peters & Paul Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am. . Burial will follow in Old Saints Josephs Cemetery.
