WATERBURY - Charlotte Hackerman, age 81 of Watertown, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 13, 2016 surrounded by her family.
Charlotte was born October 16, 1934 in Waterbury CT, the daughter of the late William and Mabel (Perry) Hackerman. She had worked in the manufacturing industry many years until her retirement. Charlotte had a love of reading, especially James Patterson novels and enjoyed hours of bird watching from her deck.
She is survived by her children Robin Vieira of Watertown and Tracy Binette of Winsted, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son James Williams, sisters Shirley Derby, Helen LaVallee and Verna Carvalho and brothers William, Lawrence and Charles Hackerman, grandson Kevin Irving.
Friends and relatives may visit with the Hackerman family on Wednesday May 25th from 4:00 ~6:00 pm at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home 1987 East Main St., Waterbury. Interment will be private.
