TERRYVILLE- Infant Chloe Ann Kolodziej was born into the arms of the Angels at Saint Mary's Hospital on Saturday July 18th 2015 due to complications with Turners Syndrome.
Chloe was on July 18th 2015, the daughter of Michael R. and Jean (Tardy) Kolodziej, the maternal granddaughter of Judith Tardy, of Sandy Hook, CT and Neil Tardy of Vermont. The paternal granddaughter of the late Michael L. and Marjorie (Casper) Kolodziej, and the great granddaughter of Rita (Troy) Ireland of Maryland, Ralph and Jean Tardy of Maine, and the late Gerard Troy.
In addition to her parents, grandparents, and great grandparents, Chloe is survived by her aunts and uncles; Brenda & Scott McLean of Sandy Hook, CT, Stacey Tampellini and George Koumpias of Naugatuck, CT, Jason and Stephanie Kolodziej of Prospect, and Laurie and Rob Anderson of Natick MA, and her cousins, Natalie and Audrey McLean, Ashley, Vanessa, and Carlina Tampellini, Emma, Liam, & Patrick Anderson, and many other extended family members

Funeral services for Chloe will be held privately and at the convenience of her family. Eastside Memorial "A Casey Family Funeral Home & Tribute Center" has been entrusted to assist the family with arrangements.
