Christian "Chris" J. Crelan
Waterbury ?" Age 36 of Greenleaf Ave died unexpectedly Monday October 20, 2008 at Saint Mary's Hospital. He was the husband of Nancy Minardi.
Mr. Crelan was born February 4th 1972 the son of Debra Crelan of Naugatuck and the late Andrew Lenktaitis. He was employed as a construction laborer for J.J. Brennan Construction Company and was member of the Local 146 Laborers union.
Chris enjoyed gardening and spending time with his two dogs Baron & Lucy. He was an avid Yankees fan and was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Church.
Besides his wife Nancy and his mother Debra, he is survived by his maternal grandmother Josephine Crelan, of Naugatuck; his paternal grandmother Rita Bagdonas of Southbury; his two sisters Josie, and Aynslee, Lenktaitis both of Naugatuck. Three stepsons, Anthony, Daniel, and Matthew; as well as several aunts' uncles' cousins nephews and nieces.
Funeral services for Mr. Crelan will be held on Friday October 24, 2008 at 8:15 AM from the Casey-O'Donnell Family Funeral Home, 1581 East Main St. Waterbury, CT. to Saints Peter and Paul Church 67 Southmayd Rd Waterbury, CT for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 AM. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
Friends and family may visit the funeral home on Thursday October 23, 2008 from 5:00 ?" 7:00 PM.
