Waterbury, CT - Ms. Christine Elizabeth Harry, age 48 of Glenbrook Ave. died Tuesday March 4th unexpectedly at her home.
Ms. Harry was born April 4th, 1959 in New Haven, CT the daughter of James Harry Sr. and the late Julia (Ferritti) Casardi. She was educated in the Naugatuck school system, and worked as a front end clerk at Stop & Shop as well as a phone operator for the "Warm Line" of the Independent center of Waterbury. Her hobbies included ceramics and crafts and she had a passion for poetry and collecting stuffed bears.
Among her survivors are her father Jim Harry Sr. and his wife Diana of Houston, Tx; a brother Jim Harry Jr. of Tolland, CT, her long time companion Robert Litke of Naugatuck, as well as her dear friends, Irena Kaneybowiz, and Sue Gelinas.
Funeral Services: A Memorial Service for Ms. Harry will be held on Saturday March 8th at 10:00 AM at the Casey-O'Donnell Family Funeral Home, 1581 East Main St, Waterbury, CT A Memorial gathering will be held from 9:00 am until the time of the service. Burial in Saint Lawrence Cemetery, West Haven will take place at the convenience of the family.
