WATERBURY - Ms. Claire F. Forino, age 38, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully at home on February 28, 2013, surrounded by her loving family after an extended illness. She was the fiancée of David Perugini.
Ms. Forino was born May 20th 1974, the daughter of Domenic and Claire P. (Connell) Forino of Waterbury. Claire graduated from Crosby High School, Class of 1992. She worked as a Bookkeeper at Kelley and Company for the past several years and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and loved to travel, She enjoyed sports and could always be found cheering on her sons during any of their sporting events. In her youth, Claire excelled in multiple sports.
Besides her parents, Claire is survived by her beloved fiancée, Dave and his two sons, Michael and Anthony Perugini whom she adored and shared her home with. She also leaves her brothers, Domenic Forino of Van Nuys CA. and David Forino of Waterbury, her sister, Dana Forino of Waterbury, her beloved niece, Carissa Witham, her aunts and uncles, Chickie Forino, Antoinette Forino, Debbie Allegrini, Cheryl Ferrara, Johnny and Jimmy Forino, Ned Connell, Deidra Minicucci, Marybeth Brown, Meg Cooper, and Kathleen Kelley as well as her fiancée's parents, Victor and Maureen Perugini and numerous cousins.
Funeral services for Ms. Forino will be held on Monday, March 4th, 2013 at 10:00am at St. Joseph's Church, 46 Congress Ave Waterbury to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial. Those planning to attend the church service are asked to go directly to the church. Rites of Committal will follow in New Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury.
