Claire was born on August 26, 1934 in Waterbury CT, the daughter of the late Hector and Isabelle (Bernier) Pratt. She was a graduate of Waterbury Catholic High School and received her associated degree from Bryant College and worked for many years at Platt Brothers. Claire was loving, spiritual, and cared deeply for her friends and family. She had a beautiful heart and a sweet smile, especially when presented with a chocolate bar! Claire enjoyed being outdoors, tending to her tomato garden, admiring nature, jigsaw puzzles, and traveling with her friends. Claire took great joy in spending time with her family, which often included playing a card game of Skat!
