Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Brother
WATERBURY – It is with great sadness and broken hearts that the family of Clement F. Barker announces his unexpected passing on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Jean (Henry) Barker.
Clement was born on December 21, 1938, in Barbados, the son of the late Clement Charles and Leotta (Jordan) Barker. He became a naturalized citizen of Jamaica, and proudly served in the Armed Forces for many years.
