WATERBURY Dilia Cruz, - age 73, of Waterbury CT, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2020 at Abbott Terrace Health Center. She was the loving wife of Hector M. Cruz.
Dilia was born in Puerto Rico on September 26, 1946, the daughter of the late Pablo and Candida (Sanchez) Bonilli-Vega. Dilia was a loving and devoted wife and mother. Dilia had a loving and generous heart, always taking care of others before herself. She was a woman with unwavering faith.
Left to cherish her memory and honor her love and legacy are her husband Hector M. Cruz, her sons, Johnny Roman, Michael Morales, Harvey Morales, Kenneth Morales, Powell Morales, and two daughters, Awilda Caraballo and Strothers Morales. She is also survived by one sister and five brothers. Dilia will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.

Due to the government's orders now in effect, there will be no public services for Dilia. The family will conduct private services.
