WATERBURY - Mrs. DoLee Insero, age 84, of Waterbury passed away peacefully on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2014 at the Cheshire House, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family after a extended illness. She was the devoted wife of Thomas Insero.
Mrs. Insero was born January 5, 1930 in South Korea, daughter of the late Sok Bom Lee and Chung Gap Chon. DoLee worked at the Mattatuck Manufacturing Company in Waterbury for 20 years before her retirement. She was devoted to her family, loved to spend time with her grandchildren and was a member of the First Congregational Church of Waterbury.
Besides her husband, Thomas of 62 years, DoLee is survived by her son, Mark Insero of Waterbury, her brother, Haeng Dae Lee of Torrington, her grandsons, Jonathan Insero, Randall Insero, Mitchell Insero and his wife Shannon, as well as her great grandson Jake Ryan Insero.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Insero will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2014 at 10:00a.m. at Eastside Memorial "A Casey Family Funeral Home & Tribute Center" 1987 East Main St. @ Southmayd Rd. in Waterbury. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterbury. Relatives and friends may visit with DoLee's family on Friday evening at the funeral home from 5:00 ~ 7:00 pm. Memorial contributions in DoLee's name may be made to the First Congregational Church 222 West Main Street Waterbury 06702.
