WATERBURY –Rosaria Dolores (Del) Likley, age 86, a longtime resident of Wolcott, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022 surrounded by her family at Saint Mary’s Vitas Healthcare after a long illness.
Dolores was born on July 12, 1935 to the late Rosario N. and Agnes (Rinchuiso) Fama. She graduated from local schools. Dolores was the former owner of Del’s Korner Kitchen and Del’s Package Store on Wolcott Road.
Dolores leaves behind her husband of 67 years, Robert E. Likley Jr. of Wolcott, two sons; Robert (Neli) Likley of Watertown, and David J. Likley of Bethany, two daughters; Kimberly E. Likley of Wolcott, and Lisa M. (Joe) Smith of St. Augustine, FL. Her grandchildren; Jessica L. Likley, Michele L. (Brian) Chouinard, Robert K. Likley Jr., Kristi N. Likley, David J. Likley Jr and great grandchildren; Karson and Keagen Hanks; Zackary B. Chouinard. Del also leaves her sister Angela Miller.
A Memorial Mass for Mrs. Likley will be held on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Mary, Mother of The Church Parish/Saints Peter and Paul Church on 67 Southmayd Road, Waterbury, Connecticut, 06705. Those planning to attend are kindly asked to meet directly at church. Burial will be held privately and at the convenience of the family at a later date. There are no calling hours.
