OAKVILLE - Mr. Donald Bradshaw, age 86 of Oakville, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 18, 2017 at St. Marys Hospital. He was the loving husband of Jean (Cipriano) Bradshaw.
Donald was born September 17, 1930 in Waterbury, the son of the late Pearly and Ruth (Lathrop) Bradshaw He was educated in local schools and worked in the construction industry his entire life. He loved the outdoors, horses and spending time with his family. He was a warm, compassionate man who enjoyed everyone he had the privilege to meet and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Besides his wife, Jean of 28 years, he is survived by his children, Tina Hovanes and Terry Bradshaw of West Palm Beach FL, Linda Budshaw of Henderson NV, Connie Dellacamera and her husband, John and Ann Laurie Ciarlo and her husband, Cory all of Northfield CT as well as several grandchildren, his brothers, Roger (Judy) Bradshaw of Thomaston, Jack (Sue) Bradshaw of Bristol and his sister, Joyce Pettit of FL. He also leaves his devoted dog, Ciara Rose. He was predeceased by his son, Robert Bradshaw.
Relatives and friends may visit with Donald's family on Sunday evening, August 27, 2017 from 7:00 till 8:00 pm at the O'Neill Funeral Home 742 Main St. Oakville CT. Funeral and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
