WATERBURY – Donald C. Carnright, age 57, of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, while vacationing in North Carolina. He was the beloved husband of Vicki (Waycott) Carnright.

Donald was born March 31, 1965, in Waterbury, CT, the son of the late Donald and Patricia (Shea) Carnright. He was a graduate of Kaynor Tech High School and spent 25 years working as a Manager at Farmer Brothers Coffee Co. For the past year and a half, he was employed as a warehouse manager for Sarraco Mechanical. Don was an avid NASCAR fan and a devoted Boston RedSox and Dallas Cowboys fan. He will be sadly missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.

Left to honor his legacy and cherish his memory beside his wife Vicki of 13 years, he leaves his children; Jessie Stedman of Waterbury, Shane Stedman of Maine, and Chis Stedman of Iowa. He also leaves his sister, Donna Zuraitis of Waterbury, his adoring grandson, Aiden Stedman, his nephews; Tyler and Jared, great niece, Amelia, his mother and father-in-law, 2 sisters-in-law, his brother-in-law as well as his fur baby, Abbey and his dear friends; Rick and Lisa Thorn of North Carolina whom he was visiting at the time of his passing as well as several other extended family members and many friends.

A Memorial Gathering for Mr. Carnright will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at Casey’s Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Care 1987 East Main St. Waterbury. Burial will be held privately and at the convenience of his family.
