Dora was born September 27, 1929 in Lenox, Mass. a daughter of the late William and Rose (Waters) Smith and lived in Oakville for the past 38 years. She was educated in Torrington Schools. Dora was employed as a Nurses aide at Pleasant View Manor in Watertown and was a member of the Evangelical Christian Church in Waterbury.
She leaves two sons Mark M. Bushey of Oakville, Jeffrey W. Bushey of Naugatuck, a daughter Katherine A. Bushey of Oakville, two brothers William Smith and his wife Millie of Prospect, Kenneth Smith of Pawtucket, RI, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and her beloved dog Pepe. She was predeceased by a brother and a sister.
