Edgar was a former Commander of the American Legion Post 195 in Watertown and a member of the VFW Post 7330. He was a parishioner of Mary, Mother of the Church Parish, St Leo the Great Church. He was an avid golfer, and enjoyed woodworking, cribbage, jumble word puzzles, gardening, watching his roses bloom and especially enjoyed spending as much time as possible with his family. Edgar will be sadly missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Elaine Lavorgna and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Adele of 64 years and his brother, Kenneth.
