Devote Parishioner of Todos Los Santos All Saints Parish

WATERBURY - Elizabeth Batista, age 57, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully on Monday April 6th 2020 from complications caused by the Covid-19 Virus.

Elizabeth was born September 13th 1962 in Waterbury CT the daughter of Joaquin and Hilda (Rodriguez) Batista. Elizabeth had a unwavering faith and dedication to the catholic church. She was a long time parishioner of Sacred Heart Sagrado Corazon and more recently Todos Los Santo Parish where she was an active member and sang in the Choir.

Let to remember, cherish and honor Elizabeths love and legacy are her Siblings William Ramos,Luz Batista, Miriam Echevarria, Iris Guadalupe and her spouse Wilbert, Anna Batista, Frank Batista spouse Yvette. Raymond Batista spouse Carmen, Longtime companion Ariel Vargas, and her daughter, Candida Albelo as well as several nieces and nephews other extended family members and many friends and sister in law, Tilza Ramos. She was predeceased by her brother Wilfredo Ramos and his sister-in-law Martha Ramos.

Due to the current COVID-19 guidelines and associated governmental restrictions regarding the pandemic, limited graveside service will be held at Calvary Cemetery Waterbury on Monday April 13th 2020 at 11:00am. A live stream of the committal services will be available on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/EastsideMemorial . Once the restrictions are lifted, a community memorial service will be announced. Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home has been honored to assist the Batista family during this difficult time.
