THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE CARING FOR AND ASSISTING THE FAMILY OF BETTY ANN BRIGHTMAN WHO PASSED AWAY PEACEFULLY AT HER HOME IN FLORIDA
Elizabeth A. Brightman, age, 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday July 27th, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born June 15, 1952 in Waterbury Ct, where she lived up until 2005, when she made Florida her home. She attended Crosby High School in Waterbury. Elizabeth had a love for shopping and her 2 dogs, Mason & Dixie. Elizabeth was a member of the Marine Corps Ladies Auxiliary in Barefoot Bay. Volunteering was something that came natural to Elizabeth, with a lot of her time being spent at various charity events. Elizabeth made friends into family in Florida, which her family is grateful for.
She is predeceased by her parents Howard & Helen Brightman and Brother Richard (Paula Brightman). Elizabeth is survived by her son Michael and wife Kendra and their daughter Raegan. Her Brother Steve and his late wife Jayne, niece Amy Pedriera, several cousins and many friends. Elizabeth's family would like to thank VITAS Team 189 in Sebastian, Fl for taking such wonderful care of her during such a difficult time.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 16th from 5-7pm at Casey's Eastside Memorial 1987 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705.
