AT THE O'NEILL FUNERAL HOME - Eugene A. Murphy Jr. age 56 of Cherry Ave., Watertown died Tuesday February 22, 2011 at the Hospital for Special Care in New Britain.
Eugene was born January 27, 1955 in Waterbury a son of the late Eugene A. and Loretta Frances (Galvin) Murphy and was a lifelong Watertown resident. Eugene was a graduate of Watertown High School and the University of Connecticut with a degree in Poly Science. Prior to his retirement in 2005, Eugene was a commercial real estate agent for Century 21. He was an avid reader and a member of Saint John the Evangelist Church.
He leaves a brother Michael Murphy of Bedford, NH., a sister Janet A. Herrington of Blairstown, NJ and two nephews.
