SOUTHINGTON - Fernand Saucier Sr. age 80 of Southington, CT, peacefully passed away on Sunday, January 3rd at Connecticut Hospice. Pete, as he liked to be called, was born in Eagle Lake, Maine, on September 13th, 1935 and retired from Marlin Rockwell.
He was the son of the late Frank and Bertha Saucier. He was predeceased by his brothers Milford (Eddie) and Elmer Saucier. He is survived by four daughters and their husbands: Beverly and William Cunningham of Davenport, FL., Karen and James Biondi of Higganum, CT, Linda Coffey-South and Roger South of Rockledge, FL., and Patricia Saucier-Cookson and Jeffrey Cookson of Wolcott, CT. Also, he left three sons: Daniel Saucier Sr. and his wife Ann of Ruskin, FL., Kevin Saucier of Auburn, AL, and Pete Saucier and his wife Michelle of South Lyons, MI. Along with his children, Pete leaves 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. As well, he leaves his long time friend Roberta Copeland of Southington, CT.

Memorial services will be held at a later date that is convenient for the family. His ashes will be placed in his requested resting place.
