ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Irene Marsha Wooding, 71, of Albuquerque, N.M., and formerly of Oakville and Watertown, died Saturday, March 28, after a long illness. She was the wife of Edgar Romanuk.
Ms. Wooding was born in Waterbury, April 19, 1944, a daughter of the late Wasil and Ellen (Rock) Romanuk. She was a graduate of Watertown High School, Class of 1962. She was a bookkeeper for over 20 years in Waterbury and then for 11 years at Santa Ana Pueblo in Bernalillo.
A graveside service will be held 12 p.m. Thursday, August 6, directly at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Watertown. There are no calling hours. The O'Neill Funeral Home, 742 Main Street, Oakville has been entrusted to assist her family with arrangements.
