WATERBURY - Jahliek Dieudonne, age 17, of Waterbury passed away unexpectedly at Waterbury Hospital on Saturday, November 5th 2016.
Jahliek was born January 16th, 1999 in Stamford, Connecticut, the son of Tanya Cotterell. He attended Walsh Elementary School, West Side Middle School and Wilby High School. He enjoyed playing basketball and football and had a passion for music. He will be remembered for his heart of gold, infectious smile and the happiness and joy he brought to those around him
Besides his mother Tanya of Waterbury, Jahliek is survived by his maternal grandparents Cheddi and Patricia Cotterell of Stamford, his stepfather Demarco Broadnax of Waterbury, his long time girlfriend, Yusavyah Lang, his brothers Nigel and Zarqawi Robinson, and Tyshaun Tarver. He also leaves behind his uncle Tavius Hurd, his aunts Chastity and Aneesah Cotterell, Erika Cooper and Latisha Broadnax, in addition to many cousins and extended family members as well as many friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Dieudonne will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home 1987 East Main St Waterbury followed by burial in New Pine Grove Cemetery Waterbury.
