THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE ASSISTING AND CARING FOR THE FAMILY OF JASLEEN "JAZZY" PIZARRO
WATERBURY- Jasleen Pizarro age 8, of Waterbury passed away unexpectedly at Saint Mary's Hospital in the arms of her parents after a life long battle with muscular dystrophy.
Jasleen was born September 2, 2011 in Waterbury, Ct the daughter of Joanna Pizarro and Miguel Rivera. She was attending Walsh elementary school where she enjoyed spending time with her class mates. Jasleen would light up a room whenever she entered it and loved to live via curiously through other children. Although Jasleen faced many challenges throughout her life it never stopped her from having aspirations of becoming a rock star. She loved to sing and dance and was always happiest while spending time with her family. Jasleen had a unique magnetizing personally that drew her family closer together. She will greatly missed by all who were blessed to have known and loved her.
Left to cherish her memory and honor her love and legacy besides her parents are her brothers Jaedyn Rivera and Jahziel Rivera, her maternal grandparents Raul and Veronica (Hernandez) Pizarr, her paternal grandparents Francisco and Ester (Rodriguez) Rivera, her great grandparents Frank and Luz Batista and great grandfather William Hernandez as well as many other extended family members and many friends.
A prayer service for Jasleen will be held on Wednesday March 11th 2020 at 6:45pm at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home, 1987 East Main St @ Southmayd Rd. Waterbury. Relatives and friends may visit with Jasleen's family on Wednesday evening from 5:00pm until the service at 6:45pm. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
