WATERBURY- It is with profound sadness and unbearable grief that the parents of Javeah Yvette Dumeng, age 2, announced her unexpected passing on Thursday November 9, 2023.
Javeah was born on July 15, 2021 in Waterbury, the daughter of Cruz and Stephanie Dumeng. She was born a twin and had a very special relationship with her sister. She enjoyed watching Baby Shark and Cocomelon, and especially loved spending time with her siblings, Josiah, Jaylise, J’vian, and Jazleen. We will miss her running around the house chasing Chico and covering her face with her little arm making her chubaca noises. Also, when she would run up to her mom, tap her mom’s nose and giggle with joy. Her smile was so beautiful, it shined as bright as the sun. She would get so happy when she would see people she knew and would clap. Javeah was a mommy's girl who was deeply loved by her whole family.
Besides her parents Cruz and Stephanie Dumeng, she leaves behind her siblings; Josiah, Jaylise, J'vian and her twin sister, Jazleen, her grandparents; Zulma Viegas and husband Cledson, grandfather Cruz, great grandma Milagros Diaz, aunts; Crystal Quinones, Stephanie Cruz, and uncle, Diodeny Cruz, along with all of her aunts and uncles on her father's side of the family. She also leaves behind cousins, extended family and friends. Javeah was predeceased by her grandfather, Diodeny Cruz as well as her aunt, Mita Dumeng.
