WATERBURY - Jayne A. (Rigon) Brightman, 66, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017 in the loving arms of her husband and in the company of her close friends at the Vitas Innovative Care Unit at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Steven Brightman.
Jayne was born December 14, 1950 in Waterbury, the daughter of the late Alex and Ogana (Visockis) Rigon. She was a graduate of Crosby High School in 1968. She worked as a secretary at Crosby High School and as an Administrative Assistant at North American Bank. For the past 23 years, she was a Senior Administrative Assistant at Webster Bank. Jayne enjoyed traveling to Garden City, SC and Cape Cod. She also enjoyed reading and crafts.
Besides her husband of 29 years, Steven, she leaves behind her brother, Darik Rigon of Waterbury, her niece, Natalie Rigon, nephew, Zachary Rigon, and many close cousins and friends.
Funeral services for Mrs Brightman will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home 1987 East Main St @ Southmayd Rd. Waterbury.
