Devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother
WATERBURY- Jeanne F. (Fagan) Creem, 92, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 9th, in +the comfort of her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was the wife of the late Edward C. Creem of Waterbury.
Jeanne was born on December 2nd, 1929, in Waterbury, to her parents; John and Marjorie (Wheeler) Fagan. She is also predeceased by her siblings: John and Joe Fagan, and her three sisters; Mary Lou Norris, Nancy Fagan, Cathy Dougan, and Dorothy Muccino. Jeanne completed her education at Waterbury Catholic High School. She then went on to work for SNET as a telephone operator, and then as an administrative assistant for Equifax and Waterbury Anesthesiology Associates. Jeanne loved to take vacations with her husband and family to Cape Cod, around the U.S., and Ireland. She loved to have dinner at Ponzillo’s with Ed, meet their friends at The Cave, and enjoyed completing the crossword in the daily paper together (especially on Sundays). Also on Sundays, she and Ed enjoyed having their family come over to the round table in their kitchen where they would have long conversations about life and would try to solve the world’s problems together. She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
She was married to her late husband, Ed, for 62 years. They had four children. Jeanne leaves her three sons, David E. Creem and wife Marybeth of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, Edward (Ned) C. Creem and wife Maureen of Waterbury, and Neil J. Creem and wife Katie of Waterbury. Jeanne was predeceased by her daughter, Catherine Creem Parziale of Waterbury. She also leaves behind her cherished nine grandchildren: Michael, Caitlin, Molly, Jonathan, Kyle, Abby, James, Daniel, and Olivia (Libby) Parziale, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Creem will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. when a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Mary Mother of the Church Parish, SS Peter and Paul Church 67 Southmayd Rd Waterbury. Those planning to attend are asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the Creem family on Monday evening from 5:00 till 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
