WATERBURY - John "John John" Santo DeJesus age 29, of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly on February 17th 2021 at Waterbury Hospital. He was the beloved son of Jessica and Santos DeJesus.
John John was born February 13th 1992 in Farmington CT, the son of Santos and Jessica (Cedeno) DeJesus of Waterbury. He was raised in Waterbury and was a graduate of Wilby High School. John was an active volunteer and member with the Acord Inc., Day Program, where he participated and volunteered in several programs helping many people and especially enjoyed participating in the meals on wheels program. John enjoyed playing basketball and video games. He had a passion for muscle cars and motor bikes and always enjoyed taking rides on the back of a motorcycle or on a quad and will be remember for his smile that would light up the room.
Left to honor and cherish John John's love and legacy besides his parents. Jessica and Santos are his brother, Jordan DeJesus, his maternal grandparents, Maria Feliciano and the late Wendel Cedeno. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles; Melinda, Brenda, Wandy, Questy, Angenis, Maria, Nilsa, Marisol, and Adam as well as many cousins other extended family members and friends who all adored him. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Carmen Lebron and Santos DeJesus as well as his uncle Wendel.
Funeral Services for Mr. DeJesus will be held on Wednesday, February 24th 2021 at 12:00 noon at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services 1987 East Main St. Waterbury, CT 06705. A walkthrough visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at noon. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterbury. All requirements concerning COVID #19 will be strictly enforced.
