THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE ASSISTING AND CARING FOR THE FAMILY OF JOHN FAC
WATERBURY¬¬¬¬- John Fac passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 12:47 am at Saint Mary's hospital, surrounded by his loving family, from his courageous battle with cancer.
He was born on January 27, 1955 in Waterbury, CT to Benedykt and Luba Fac. John enjoyed fishing, hiking, camping and playing softball with his family. He had a love for billiards, music and reading. His best friend and pet Yorkie, Tyler, will miss his daily adventures. All those who had the great fortune to have him in their lives would agree that he was the best Papa around.
He is survived by the loving mother of his six children, Mary Fac (LeGassey); his children, Stephen Fac and his wife Barbara, Christine Andro, Jonathan Fac and his wife Elizabeth, Lisa Fac, Marybeth and her husband Andrew Dibble, Timothy Fac and his fiancé, Dede Spragg. He also leaves his 10 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and his special companion, Donna Diogostine and her family.
A "Going Home" service will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2018 at Calvary Life Center, 151 Grassy Hill Road, Waterbury, CT 06705 beginning at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be held privately at the family's convenience. Relatives and friends are welcome to gather Friday, February 1, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home, 1987 East Main Street @ Southmayd Rd. Waterbury, CT, 06705.
