WATERBURY- John Richard Stolarski, age 82 of Waterbury, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 20th 2016 at Waterbury Hospital surrounded by the love and comfort of his family after a brief illness. He was the husband of Catherine (LoRusso) Stolarski.
Mr. Stolarski was born August 16th 1933 in Poland, the son of the late Antoni and Maria (Nowicka) Stolarski. He spent many years working at Uniroyal in Naugatuck prior to its closing and enjoyed playing tennis and was an avid photographer. He was a former member of Sacred Heart Church, and more recently attended services at Waterbury Christian Fellowship.
Besides his wife, Catherine of 55years, John is survived by several nieces and nephews as well as several other extended family members. John's family would like to acknowledge and thank the staff at the Watertown VNA for the care and love they shared with John during his illness.
Funeral services for Mr. Stolarski will be held on Saturday, June 25th 2016 at 10:00am directly at Calvary Cemetery Waterbury. There are no calling hours.
