John was born June 21, 1949 in Waterbury, a son of the late Mary White and was a lifelong Waterbury resident. He was educated in Waterbury and Litchfield Schools. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a machinist at Eyelet Manufacturing in Waterbury.
He leaves several uncles and aunts.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of his family. There are no calling hours. The O'Neill Funeral Home, 742 Main Street Oakville has been entrusted with arrangements.
