WATERBURY, CT - Mr. Jose Ramon Rodriguez age 74, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Autumn Lakes Health Care Center in Waterbury after an extended illness.
Jose was born January 1st, 1941 in Cabo-Rojo, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Ernesto and Monzerate (Arroyo) Rodriguez. He worked as a truck driver and bus driver in the NYC area and loved spending time at Catrona Park in the Bronx.
Among his survivors are his ten children and many grandchildren. He is predeceased by his son, Maxwell.
Funeral services for Mr. Rodriguez will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 when relatives and friends may visit with his family from 5:00 till 7:00 p.m. at Casey's Eastside Memorial "A Casey Family Funeral Home and Tribute Center" 1987 East Main St @ Southmayd Rd, Waterbury. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
