WATERBURY- Mrs. Judy Petrario age 85 of Waterbury, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at St Marys’s Hospital after a long illness. She was the widow of Angelo Petrario.
Judy was born on February 28, 1937, in Danbury, the daughter of the late Francis R and Katherine Ann (Smiek) McGrath. She was educated in local schools and spent the majority of her life as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt. She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
left to honor her legacy and cherish her memories are her two sons; Robert and Raymond Petrario her grandchildren; Nicole, Lauren, Kristen, Mike, Jamie, Vincent, her niece Linda Hetson and her husband Greg, as well as her 6 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Richard Petrario and her brothers; James, Francis, and Arthur McGrath
Funeral services for Mrs. Petrario will be held on Monday, August 1st 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Casey’s Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Care 1987 East Main St @ Southmayd Rd Waterbury. Burial will follow in St Peters Cemetery, Danbury. Relatives and friends may visit with Judy’s family on Monday morning from 9:00a,m, until the time of the service at 10:00 a.m..
