Karen was born in Waterbury on June 24, 1959, the daughter of the late Patrick J. Feeley and Beatrice (Almeida) Feeley. She was educated in the Waterbury School System, graduated from Kennedy High School and was an accountant for Peter Paul Co in Naugatuck for many years. There she met her loving husband Pat and together they had their "Miracle Child", Victoria. Karen was a true "people person" always making new friends for life. She truly treasured her many warm friendships. She was a loving mother to her treasured, Victoria. Karen was faithfully proud of her Irish Heritage and a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Waterbury.
Besides her mother and husband, Karen leaves her daughter, Victoria and her loving sister, Cynthia Scannell of Watertown as well as many nieces, nephews and very close friends.
Funeral services for Karen will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 785 Highland Ave, Waterbury at 9:30am. Those wishing to attend are asked to go directly to the church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury. Family and friends may visit at the Casey -O'Donnell Family Funeral Home 1581 East Main St Waterbury on Tuesday evening from 5-7pm.
