WATERBURY - Luis Alberto " Vertin" Conde age 52 of Green St passed away unexpectedly at Waterbury hospital on Friday February 14, 2014. He was the widower of Virgenmina Torres.
Luis was born February 1, 1962 in Ponce, Puerto Rico the son of the late Efrain and Ana (Martinez) Conde. He was raised in Puerto Rico where he attended local schools before moving to Connecticut where he has been a long time Waterbury resident. Luis's passions were singing and painting and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family especially his grandchildren.
Among his survivors are his three children Jonathan Conde, Efrain Conde, and Anna Conde all of Waterbury. His step father Jose Martinez, five grandsons and a granddaughter as well as eleven brothers and sisters and 65 nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by 3 brothers
