WATERBURY - Luis Angelo Tiger Navarro age 20 of Waterbury passed away unexpectedly on Sunday November 28, 2021 at Waterbury Hospital.
Luis was born in Waterbury on January 10, 2001 the son of Luis A. Navarro and Zilka M. Lebron. He was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School and was affiliated with the Waterbury PAL at the time of his passing. Tiger was a sports enthusiast and participated in various sports, especially golf. He also enjoyed, video games, movies, chess and shooting pool. Tiger was a unique individual with many talents and strengths, more than we could fully list here. He will be sadly missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.
Left to cherish his memory besides his parents of Waterbury are: Querino J. Maia of Waterbury who was privileged to be a positive force in Tiger's upbringing, serving as his role model, mentor and father figure. His sisters, Zilka M. Navarro of Gainsville FL and Ashley R. Navarro of Waterbury. Nephew Devonta L. Mosley Jr of Gainsville Fl. Maternal grandmother, Paquita Flores of Waterbury, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Luis A. Lebron of Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico.
A Memorial Gathering for Luis A. Tiger Navarro will be held on Monday December 6th at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services 1987 East Main St Waterbury, CT 06705. From 4:00 to 6:00 pm. A prayer service will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. We continue to remain concerned about the ongoing pandemic so masks will be required during all indoor services whether you are vaccinated or not.
