THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE ASSISTING AND CARING FOR THE FAMILY OF MADELINE CAMPANARO
MIDDLEBURY - Madeline Campanaro, age 71 of Woodside Heights Middlebury, formerly of Watertown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 23rd 2019 at Waterbury Hospital surrounded by the love and comfort of her family.
Madeline as born May 12, 947 in Mount Vernon, NY daughter of the late Silvio and Anna (Stallone) DelPozzo. She was raised and educated in the Bronx NY and spent many years working as a hairdresser. Madeline was a talented cook and loved to entertain and cook for her friends and family. She will especially be remembered for special 2am breakfasts' for "The Boys". What brought the greatest joy to Madeline was spending time with her friends at NY Woodside Heights and family, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored.
Among her survivors are her son, Peter Campanaro III and his fiancé, Jackie Lattanzio of Oakville, her grandchildren; A.J. Lattanzio, and Anna Marie Campanaro as well as other extended family members and cousins, including cousin, Colette Pian and her husband, Bill who was like a sister to Madeline.
Funeral services for Mrs. Campanero will be held on Friday, March 1st 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Mary Magdalen Church, 14 Buckingham St Oakville, CT 06779 when a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Those planning to attend are kindly asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends may visit with Madeline's family at Saint Mary Magdalen Church on Friday morning from 10:00a.m. until the time of the services at 11:00.
